SIFLI collects the information needed to operate the platform: account details (name, email), identity verification data (processed through our verification provider), trip and shipment details, messages exchanged between matched users, and payment information (processed by Stripe — SIFLI does not store card numbers).

Identity documents and liveness checks are used only to verify who you are before you can book or accept a trip. Location and route information you provide is shared with your matched counterpart so a handoff can happen safely.

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with the service providers that make SIFLI work (identity verification, payments, hosting, insurance where applicable) and as required by law.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
