SIFLI connects verified travelers with spare luggage space to senders who need items shipped internationally. By using SIFLI, you agree to complete identity verification, accurately describe what you're sending or how much space you're offering, and meet at the agreed public meeting point.

Payment for a shipment is held in escrow when a match is accepted and released to the traveler only once delivery is confirmed by QR code. Certain items — including medicines — are not permitted on the platform.

Travelers and senders are independent users of the platform, not SIFLI employees or contractors. SIFLI facilitates the match, verification, payment and dispute process, but is not a common carrier.

Accounts found to violate these terms, including fraudulent listings or prohibited items, may be suspended.
